The golf club is situated approximately 30 – 40 minutes’ drive away from the centre of Budapest. The Championship golf course is situated in beautiful surroundings bounded on one side by the Etyek wine region and on the other side by Alcsútdoboz, Máriavölgy.
The Pannonia Golf & Country Club with its 18 holes of Championship golf was designed by the famous Austrian course designer Hans G. Erhardt.
The golf course makes its way through a valley and with its well bunkered and sculptured fairways provides a great golfing experience. Lakes come into play on 8 holes and with its large undulating greens some challenging pin placements can be found. With its 6 different teeing areas it provides a true, fair test of golf for beginners and professionals alike. The natural environment, beauty and manicured course inspire you to hit great golf shots. 
The course was opened in 1996 and since its opening it has staged many international and national events including European Golf Association (EGA) sanctioned events (e.g. International European Seniors Championship -, the Olympic Hopes Trophy , the European Boys’ Team Championship, European Senior Men’s Team Championship). It provides enjoyment for all golfers from the beginner to the more experienced player.
